This look is glamorous, mysterious and delicate and can be used on any skin tone, and for any occasion.
Step 1
Begin by applying a light arc of concealer to the under eye area, using your finger, and then only correct any minor spots or scars on the rest of your face.

Next, use a circular sponge or a large powder brush, to "set" the skin with loose powder.

Use a brow pencil that matches your brow coloring, and fill in your brows to "frame your face".

Next, line inside both the top and bottom rims of the eye with a black eye pencil, paying close attention to going into the the lash line itself.

Then, soften the black eye pencil line edges with a small eye shadow brush or a Q-tip.

Apply a powder black shadow using a sponge-tip applicator directly over the pencil and smudge.
Step 7
Next, encircle the eye using a neutral brown shadow with a larger eye shadow brush. Be sure to soften and graduate outward (from the eye itself) for that perfect blended look.

Apply black mascara on curled lashes to add just the right touch of seductive delicacy to the overall look.

Line the lips with a natural or flesh-toned pencil to match your natural lip coloring.

Then, using a lip brush, apply a soft beige-colored crème lipstick to the entire mouth. Follow with a touch of clear lip gloss.

Finally, using a very light application of rose blush to just the apples of the cheeks finishes the face without taking away the impact of the eyes.
